Summer

During the summer season (Mid-June to Labor Day Weekend), all our suites are available as WEEKLY rentals only.

Our summer rental week runs from Friday to Friday.

Fall - Winter - Spring

Suites: Our suites are available on a NIGHTLY basis from Labor Day through Mid-June. Two night minimums apply for weekends. Three night minimums for most holiday weekends. One night stays may be available during the off season. Due to our limited number of suites, a one-night stay can usually not be secured until a few days prior to the actual reservation date. Discounted rates are offered for off-season weekly rentals.

Rooms: If you prefer a room rather than a suite, the Master Bedroom (which is the first bedroom) of the Master Suite is offered as a completely separate room with a private bath for guests in the off-season only. We also discount the rates of our larger suites for parties of two.
