* RESERVATION POLICY *

You must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

Nightly/Off-Season:
Check-In 2:00pm to 10:00pm*
Check-Out 11:00am

  • 50% deposit required to confirm nightly reservations.

  • 7% NJ Sales Tax and 7% NJ Hotel Tax are applied to nightly rentals.

  • Deposits not received within one week will result in cancellation of reservation.

  • Upon arrival, balance is due and payable by cash, traveler's checks, or personal check with a valid drivers license. We do not accept credit cards.

Weekly/In-Season:
Check-In 3:00pm to 10:00pm*
Check-Out 10:00am PROMPTLY

  • 50% deposit required to confirm weekly reservations.

  • Leases are issued. No additional taxes are applied to weekly summer rentals.

  • Deposits not received within one week will result in cancellation of reservation.

  • Remaining balance must be received 30 days prior to arrival along with the required security deposit.

* CANCELLATION POLICY *

Nightly/Off-Season:

We will gladly refund your deposit provided that we are notified at least
21 DAYS PRIOR to your arrival date. In the event that LESS THAN
21 DAYS notice is given, a refund will be issued if your reservation is rebooked.

- A $25.00 service fee will be deducted from your refund -

Weekly/In-Season:

We greatly appreciate your patronage and understand that circumstances may arise forcing you to cancel your vacation plans. However, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced for weekly summer rentals. Please note that refunds will only be issued if your reservation is rebooked for the full time period and full amount as the original week(s) reserved. A $100.00 service fee will be deducted from your refund.

In all cases, every effort will be given to rebook your suite(s). Please notify us as soon as possible to give us the most opportunities to fill your reservation and refund your money.

* RESTRICTIONS *

For the comfort and safety of all our guests, the following restrictions apply:

  • No pets are permitted on the premises.

  • No smoking is permitted in the building.

  • Parking, outdoor showers, use of the veranda and other facilities are for registered guests only. No admittance of unregistered "day guests" or overnight guests.

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult in common areas and during the use of the outdoor facilities to insure their safety.
